Delaney Fisher-Cassiol

Delaney is the Strategy and Community Engagement Coordinator for The Great Reset, where she develops strategic plans and community initiatives to foster meaningful dialogue and expand the organization’s reach. Previously, she was the Program Manager for Millions of Conversations, where she led efforts to bridge divides on complex social issues through moderated, small-group discussions and panels across Tennessee. She also served as the Assistant Political Director for the Tennessee Democratic Party, advancing outreach and engagement strategies. Delaney holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Northeastern University and is an alumna of The Memorial Foundation’s Social Justice Fellowship in Washington, D.C.
