Teresa Faust is Senior Manager, Research and Metrics at United Methodist Communications, the communications agency for The United Methodist Church. She received her B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. She spent over ten years working in advertising research helping companies optimize communication across touch points to strengthen customer relationships and grow their business, primarily with large consumer packaged goods companies, such as Proctor & Gamble and Nestle. In her current role at United Methodist Communications, she leads research across teams as the resource for customer information, data analyses, and strategic consultation to grow The United Methodist Church.
Teresa serves on a variety of boards including current Chair of InterSearch, a consortium of international Christian media researchers, Programming V.P. for the Nashville Chapter of the Religion Communicators Council, and At Large Member of Faith Communities Today (FACT). She spent 4 years as Hospitality Chari of the Nashville Chapter of the American Marketing Association and has presented at The Quirks Event 2019.
Teresa has two adult sons, one grandson and resides in Columbus, Ohio. When she is not combing through research data tables she enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family.
